Grant Program for Intellectual Exchange Conferences
In order to deepen mutual understanding and to establish closer relations between Japan and other countries while promoting intellectual exchange worldwide. The program also aims to promote a greater contribution by Japan in intellectual exchange through actively utilizing Japan’s experience, expertise, and human resources.

Asia Leadership Fellow Program
Six to eight socially influential intellectual leaders of the Asian region are invited to spend two months in Japan. While in Japan, participants are expected to engage in collaborative interaction and through such activities, the participants are expected to deepen their understanding of Japan and build human network. This program is co-organized by The Japan Foundation and the International House of Japan.
