The Japan Foundation responds extensively to overseas demands for Japanese-language education in ways such as dispatching specialists to overseas Japanese educational organizations and training local Japanese-language teachers.
    • Practice Teaching Course in Manila

      The course is open to active or aspiring Filipino Nihongo teachers or those who wish to take basic training in teaching Japanese.

      Participants will be taking up instructions on the skills in classroom teaching. Also, there will be an opportunity to do practice teaching.

      The course will be conducted in both English and Nihongo.

      *Applicants are expected to have mastered the Elementary level of Nihongo (JLPT Level 3/N4 or its equivalent).

      Please submit the duly accomplished application form, curriculum vitae (in English) and the payment to the JFM on or beforeMarch 11, 2016 (Friday).

      A qualifying level check test and interview is required for those who have not yet passed JLPT Level 3 or N4. Please send your application form and preferred schedule to Ms. Kimy Tanmo at nihongo1@jfmo.org.ph by March 9, 2016 (Wednesday).

      Available schedule: March 10 (Thursday) & March 11 (Friday) at any time between 3:00pm – 5:00pm (The placement test takes around 30 minutes.)
